Can I cancel my order?

We pride ourselves in our prompt customer service and fast shipping. All our processes are fine-tuned for quick pack & despatch. You may request cancellation of an order by sending us a message, and we will do our best to act on it as soon as possible. However, order cancellation is not always possible and only available prior to your order attaining “Awaiting shipment” or “Completed” status in our warehouse system. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account which is accessible from the “My Account” link on our website. Please note, there may be a delay between order status updates into your account section and our warehouse system. Success for all order cancellation requests is not guaranteed.

Please note, all messages are reviewed and processed in the order of receipt during the business hours only. Our business hours are 9am-5:30pm (Monday to Friday). There may also be a delay between receiving your message and it being processed due to weekends, holidays, operational matters, technical problems, warehouse backlogs, changes in courier schedules, third-party service issues, etc.

It may not be possible to cancel orders for a small group of products. Please enquire before purchase.

We are here to help. Please contact us as soon as possible – earlier the better.

Outcome of order cancellation request will be notified to you. If unsuccessful, you may be able to return the product for a refund.
