SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping costs Australia-Wide: AU$7.99 for 0-500g, AU$12.99 for 0.5kg-3kg. Over 3kg – based on weight & delivery postcode. All orders are shipped with tracking.

We acquire instant live quotes from Australia Post, Fastway Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please, Team Global Express, TNT, Star Track Express, Border Express, Allied Express, Hunter Express and few other freight logistics companies to compare and then offer you the lowest possible shipping rate for your order and location.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are processed only after the payment is confirmed. Our business hours are 9am-5:30pm (Monday to Friday). Most orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) between the hours of 9am and 3pm are processed on the same day; otherwise the next business day. Most orders are ready for despatch the same or the next business day after processing. There may be unforeseen delays related to system issues or courier company; but such delays are rare.

Delivery times are between 3-14 days within Australia. The delivery times (ETA) are estimates only.

After the Despatch, Estimated Delivery Times are:

  • Victoria, NSW and ACT ~ 3-8 working days
  • QLD, TAS and SA ~ 4-12 working days
  • WA and NT ~ 5-14 working days

The Delivery time does depend on the Delivery Address. Deliveries to the Metro Cities are quicker than to the Remote Towns.

Please note, the delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by Seasonal Busy Periods, Floods/Natural Disasters, Operational Issues within the courier company, etc. We use Couriers & Australia Post to deliver your orders on time & responsibly. These are companies are external to us. We don’t have any control over or access to their operations or systems.

Most orders are delivered on time & without any issue. We are always here to help you as much as we possibly can. However, we will not be held responsible for any delays or loss or damage related to deliveries.

These days, many deliveries follow ATL (Authority to Leave) concept and will leave your order parcel at the shipping address according to your instructions or in a suitable safe location. When it is not possible, the order parcel may be taken to a nearby Australia Post outlet or another collection depot.

RTS (Return to Sender) – Order delivery not accepted by the customer or returned due to incorrect address or brought back due to customer not being available for delivery or pickup will be treated as change of mind return.

In case the couriers and transport service providers are unable to deliver to your shipping address, we will notify you as soon as possible and try to find a solution. If that is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

If an order is rejected on our website, we will endeavour to notify you within a reasonable time after the order has been submitted.
