Why haven't I received my order delivery yet?

After despatch, we send out tracking numbers for the order deliveries by email. Please look in your SPAM folder if you haven't received your order tracking number.

You can check the status of your delivery on the tracking page of the courier's website. In case of a delay, the tracking page usually has notifications or messages. You may also contact the courier company with your tracking number.

Please note: There may be a delay of up to 48 hours for the status scans to appear on the tracking page at the courier’s website. All courier companies inform us that this is quite normal because of the time taken for the website database to update. The courier companies request you not to be anxious or worried in such a case because it does not delay or affect the actual delivery of your parcel.

Please note: We rely on couriers and Australia Post for deliveries. We have no control over their operations or access to their systems.
